STEIN CAROLYN T. On Saturday, Nov. 25, 2017, Carolyn T. Stein, formerly of Scott Twp., peacefully passed away at 85, after a very brief illness. She was the beloved friend and companion of the late Barbara Wilkins. Carolyn was the daughter of the late Casper and Leona Stein; and sister of the late Rosemary McCarthy, Charles J. Stein and Edward Stein. She was Aunt Billie to Deborah Stein Levy, Sandra Stein Gediohn, M. Elizabeth Stein, Robin Wilkerson, and Pam, Michael and Kevin McCarthy; and many great and great-great-nieces and nephews. Carolyn was an advertising and PR executive with Mobay, now Bayer Corp., where she was Mobay's first female manager. She was a 1950 graduate of Mt. Lebanon High School. Carolyn loved her work, home, cars, Steelers, CNN, golf, Italian food, Southern Comfort Manhattans (sweet and on the rocks), King's Mountain, a good party, and beagle, Shelby.
