PARKS C. JAMES JIM Age 73, of Canonsburg, died September 7, 2015. A Westminster College and Wharton graduate, Jim spent several years in municipal government before joining Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott in 1979. He oversaw unprecedented growth at the firm in his 35 years as Executive Director. Jim's boundless generosity and penchant for fun were known by many, and he will be greatly missed. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Jim Parks Foundation, previously known as the Eckert Seamans Charitable Foundation (600 Grant Street, 44th Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15219).
