SCHAFER BEVERLY J. (HOSTICK) Age 88, of Upper St. Clair, formerly of Venetia, peacefully passed away on Friday, March 30, 2018. Beloved wife of James E. Schafer for 66 years; loving mother of John J. Schafer of Sarasota, FL, J. Michael (Michelle) Schafer of State College, PA, Valerie L. (the late Tom) Rose of Sarasota, FL, Mark E. (Carol) Schafer of Cecil, PA, and Brian R. (Aimée) Schafer of San Antonio, TX; proud grandmother of eight; caring sister of Alfred (Bertha) Hostick; cherished daughter of the late Alfred and Ester Hostick. Earlier in life, Beverly enjoyed going for walks and riding her bicycle. Most of all, she enjoyed traveling the world with her beloved husband and spending time with all of her grandchildren.
