Beloved son of the late Edward and Josephine; loving brother of Barbara Jean Hess, Edward (Joyce) Hess and the late Joanne Prasnikar; uncle of Trisha Prasnikar, Ed Hess, Jr., Rich Hess and Shelley Prasnikar. Carl was one of God's special angels who always had a smile for everyone. He had a great sense of humor and loved Elvis and Hawaii Five-0.
