PROSSER RAYMOND HAYDEN October 16, 1962 - October 8, 2015. Raymond Hayden Prosser, 52, went to be with the Lord, on October 8, 2015. He was the husband of Karen Prosser. They shared 16 years of marriage together. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, he was the son of Hayden "Ray" and Jean Prosser of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Eastern Carolina University and owned and operated a residential construction business, Prosser Construction, Inc. He was a member of Salem First Baptist Church in Salem, South Carolina, where he actively served as a deacon. He most enjoyed being with his wife, family and grandchildren. His passions included God, building with his hands, boating, fishing and baseball. Ray was a man's man. His hands were as strong as a two-by-four but his heart was a mirrored image of God's love, mercy and grace. Ray is survived by his wife, Karen; parents, Hayden and Jean; sister, Pam McCracken; brother, Paul (Peg) Prosser; son, Terry (Sarah) Hinton, son, Billy (Petra) Hinton, son, Joel (Sara) Hinton; grandchildren, Abigail, Berlin, Samantha, Vienna and Jacqueline Hinton; nieces, Mallory McCracken and Zoey Prosser; and nephew, Paxton Prosser.
