LAWRENCE ROY THOMAS, Sr. Age 94, of North Huntingdon, formerly of Penn Hills, died on October 25, 2015. He was born on April 10, 1921, in Pitcairn, one of seven children born to the late George and Lillian (Anderson) Lawrence. Roy was a World War II Army veteran, had worked for many years at the US Steel Edgar Thompson Works prior to his retirement, and was a member of Monroeville Christian Church. Roy is survived by his son, Roy Thomas (Mary) Lawrence, Jr.; and daughter, Antionette (Michael) Hughes; four grandchildren, Matthew (Pamela) Lawrence, Andrew (Sarah) Lawrence, Kathleen (William) Shulack, and Kristen Hughes; six great- grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 39 years, Esther Margaret (Campano) Lawrence, and his second wife of ten years, Mary (Pane) Lawrence.
