NIESEN JO ANN (COLLIER) Age 89, of Upper St. Clair, passed away on Sunday, December 16, 2018, with her family by her side. She was born in Pittsburgh on October 4, 1929, the daughter of the late Elwood and Hazel Collier. Jo Ann now joins her beloved husband, Raymond J. Niesen in heaven. Loving mother of Kimberly (John) Dickerman of Minnesota, and Douglas R. (Heidi) Niesen of Venetia; proud grandmother of six, Bradley (Erica) Dickerman, Stephen (Alyssa) Dickerman, Kyle (Abby) Dickerman, Wil Niesen, Ben Niesen, and Rachel Niesen; caring great- grandmother of Teddy and Gus Dickerman; sister of Nina (Herb) Bryer, Byron (Bonnie) Collier, Richard (Marilyn) Collier, the late Laura Jean Collier, Donna Collier, and Marilyn Huston. Jo Ann loved the Lord, her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed spending time with her friends playing paddle tennis and tennis, and gol?ng with her husband, Ray.
