SWARTZ JACOB W. Age 17 months, of Bethel Park, passed away on Friday, October 30, 2015, in Children's Hospital after complications from an unexpected illness. Cherished son of Frank and Jennifer (Jones) Swartz and brother to Alexandra; beloved grandson of George A. and Dolores (Shrader) Jones III, and Warren and Mariann (Klein) Swartz; also survived by several aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins. He loved playing with his family and was especially close to his sister, Alex. He had a smile that could light up a room and will be greatly missed by his family, friends, and those involved with his care and rehab during his illness. Family and friends will be received on Friday 1-4 and 6-9 p.m. at the WARCHOL FUNERAL HOME INC., 3060 Washington Pike, Bridgeville (412-221-3333), where a Service will be held on Saturday at 11:30 a.m. Interment to follow in The Washington Cemetery.
