He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Lucille; his children, Deborah (Bill) Moik, Linda Mandarino and Regis (Lori) Mandarino, Jr.; his grandchildren, Tracy (James) Emmitt, Ashley (Anthony) Trapuzzano, Michael Downs, Jr., Justin Downs, Megan Mandarino, Regis Mandarino III and Ryan Mandarino; his great-grandchildren, Sean, Brody and Shelby Emmitt.
