HARTMAN DORIS S. WHEELER A resident of Concordia of the South Hills, went to be with her Lord on November 6, 2015. Born on January 26, 1925, in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, to William Gaston Simmons and Emmie Clark Simmons. Widow of William P. Wheeler in 1983 and Robert L. Hartman in 2005. Predeceased by a sister, Louise Simmons and a brother, William H. Simmons. Survived by daughters, Ann Wheeler Magnuson (Scott) of Murrysville, PA, and Jane Wallace Wheeler (Gregor Smith) of Topsfield, MA; grandchildren, Erin (Travis Helbig), Claire (John Hopple), Michael and Ruby Valentin, and Jazz Kain; and great- granddaughters, Madison and Lucy Helbig. Member of Westminster Presbyterian Church in Upper St. Clair, where she was a library volunteer for many years, a former Sunday school teacher, and a member of the Women's Association. She was also a librarian at Concordia and a member of the Salvation Army Auxiliary and the Upper St. Clair Women's Club. A memorial Service will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 28, 2015, at the Westminster Presbyterian Church, 2040 Washington Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15241. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Salvation Army, 424 Third Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15219, or WQED-FM, 4802 Fifth Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15213. Arrangements by MILTON E.
