McNAMARA JOHN E. JACK Age 86, on Sunday, December 13, 2015, of Pleasant Hills. Loving husband of the late Antoinette "Toni" M. (Daniele); beloved father of Johnette (Michael) Antone, Elaine (William) Stevenson and Daniel (Heather) McNamara; proud grandfather of Gabriel, Gianna, Sean and Erin Antone, Sara and Rebecca Stevenson and Cameron, Samuel and Grace McNamara; Jack was also survived by many loving nieces and nephews, friends, and his great caretakers at Davita Dialysis (Jefferson) and Brookdale of Mt.
