MANNING WILLIAM G. Age 68, of Conway, SC, formerly of McKees Rocks, PA, passed away November 29, 2015. He is survived by five children, Jake, Luke, Rita, David and Bill, Jr.; ten grandchildren; and one great- grandchild. Also by one sister, Phyllis Jean (William) Savatt.
