VEVERKA PAUL A. Age 75, of Dandridge, TN, passed away Wednesday, January 20, 2016, following a brief illness. He was born May 31, 1940, in Pittsburgh, PA, the son of the late Anthony and Pauline Veverka, where he was raised and graduated from North Catholic High School. Paul went on to serve as a veteran of the U.S. Army and later was the owner of the Love Ford Dealership in Burgettstown, PA. He then moved to West Palm Beach, FL, where he worked several years as the service manager for Dollar Rent-a-Car. Upon his retirement, he and his wife moved and spent the last 14 years in Dandridge, TN, where they were members of the Seahorn's Chapel United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Hemmerlin; and is survived by his wife, Jeanne (Miller) Veverka of Dandridge, TN; children, Christine (George) Tucker of San Francisco, CA, Jill (Chris) Baker of Fredericksburg, MD and Anthony (Stephanie) Veverka of Concord, NC; stepson, Michael Miller of Stuart, FL; six grandchildren; sister, Geraldine Gabrielson of Pittsburgh, PA. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial gifts be made to the American Heart or the American Diabetes Associations.
