Beloved husband of Yvette Barnes; father of Thomas (Denise), Jr., Andre (Gloria), Bruce Barnes; brother of Elmira Bailey; eight grandchildren; one great- grandchild. Committal service with military honors will be held Tuesday, Feb. 16, 2016, 12:30 p.m. at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, 1158 Morgan Rd., Bridgeville 15017.
