WATSON WALTER CARLTON BUDDY Retired Mechanic of Duquesne Light and U.S. Navy Veteran of the Hill District passed away peacefully on February 10, 2016, at the age of 67. Son of the late Goldie and Howard Watson; husband of the late Helen Watson; father of Lynier Watson (Racele); proud grandfather of Denier and Romier Watson; brother of Rhojeania Watson; also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, and many friends. A Memorial Service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2016, in the SAMUEL J.
