SHEPARD JAMES ALLEN Age 83, of Sewickley, passed away at UPMC Passavant July 31, 2015, following a short illness. He was born in New York City April 15, 1931, to the late Herman and Gladys Cotton Shepard. He was a member of St. Stephen Lutheran Church in Green Tree and was a self- employed Financial Advisor.
