WELSH DEBRA (HOCHMAN) Of Bradenton, Florida, lost her courageous battle with cancer on February 28, 2016. She was the loving wife of Edward C. Welsh, Jr. They celebrated 32 years of marriage on February 21, 2016. In addition to her husband, Debra is survived by her loving children, Bari (Mark) Weinberger, Andrew Surnamer, Seth Surnamer, and Amanda Welsh. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Jason, Brett and Zachary Weinberger and Melissa Sweet and Demetra Surnamer; and by her sister, Sima (Richard) Lieberman; and numerous nieces and nephews.
