BATTALINI MARK A. Age 72, of Aliquippa, PA, passed away Monday, July 13, 2015. He was born on May 20, 1943, to the son of Italian immigrants, Marco and Virginia Battalini of Pacentro, Italy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Patrick Battaline and Tony Battaline. Mark was the Founder and CEO of The Pittsburgh Wealth Management Group. He worked in the investment industry for nearly four decades. While working at Metropolitan Life, he became the number one agent in the United States in 1979. Mark was a 1961 graduate of Aliquippa High School, where he was a standout athlete in both baseball and basketball. Following high school, he proudly served in the US Air Force. Mark is survived by his wife, Ann Marie (Ermi); two sons and daughters-in-law, Michael and Lesley Battalini, and Mark and Anita Battalini; a daughter, Christine Battalini; and his stepdaughter, Leianne Krotec; Mark had four grandchildren, Mia, Michael Jr., Mark Jr., and Isabella, whom he dearly loved. Mark loved to sing and was an avid golfer and will be remembered for his zest for life. He will be truly missed by all his family and friends.
