COLLINS DENNIS P. Age 58, passed away on Friday, March 4, 2016. Born in Pittsburgh on March 27, 1957, beloved son to Elmer and Audrey Collins; loving husband of 39 years to Susan Collins; caring father to Stacy (Sean) Hoover, Patrick (Sherri) Collins, April (Joseph) Heidkamp and Ashley (Curt) Collins. Also survived by one brother, Kenneth (Lori) Collins; and ten grandchildren. Preceded in death by two siblings, Patty Weber and Michael Collins. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 7, 2016, from 6-8 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:30 p.m. at CIESLAK & TATKO FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 2935 Brownsville Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15227.
