FORSYTH JACQULYN D. "TOOTS" (SCHULTZ) Jacqulyn D. Forsyth, 82, of Canonsburg, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 10, 2015. The beloved wife for 55 years of the late Will R. Forsyth, Jr.; loving mother of Will R., III, Brett, Jacqulyn Orbich, Bart, Robbie and Brian; grandmother of Jeanene, Joshua, Jodi, Jake, Amber, Brittany, James, Mandy, Cameron and Nicholas; great-grandmother of Morgan, Jordan, Sadie and Charlotte; wonderful sister to Madeline Grill, Harry Schultz and the late Marjorie Schultz and Charles Schultz. She was a devoted wife and mother and she was especially known for her famous chocolate chip cookies. Friends will be received on Wednesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the JEFFERSON MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, INC., 301 Curry Hollow Road, Pleasant Hills where a service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday.
