SKURCENSKI LAWRENCE DEUCE On Tuesday, August 18, 2015, Lawrence Deuce Skurcenski passed into life eternal with his family at his side. He was the son of the late Stanley and Helen Derco Skurcenski. He is survived by his brother, Gerald (Andrea) Skurcenski of Camp Hill; and sisters, Linda (Jerry) Winters of Oklahoma and Debra (Michael) Thompson of Erie; nieces and nephews; and his uncle, John (Dolly) Derco of Forest Hills and Florence Jacko of North Versailles. Deuce was a well known Pittsburgh legend. He was a statistician for Woodland Hills football and basketball teams and scorekeeper for WPIAL playoffs. Calling hours with the family will be on Friday, August 21, 2015, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the SCHLEIFER FUNERAL CHAPEL, INC., (412-271-1361), 534 Jones Avenue, North Braddock. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Sacred Heart of Jesus Church of Good Shepherd Parish at 10 a.m. on Saturday. Burial will follow in the family plot in All Saints Cemetery.
