KING SCOTT WARD GERTRUDE R. TRUDY Age 82, of Las Vegas, passed away on Thursday, June 18, 2015. Born October 12, 1932, in Pittsburgh, she had been a Las Vegas resident for 18 years. A Graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, she earned both a Bachelor and Master of Arts and made her career in advertising and public relations, serving the steel and related industries in both Pittsburgh and Cleveland for over 40 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, LeRoy L. and Dorthea Miley King; husband, William B. Ward; brother, John D. King, Sr.; and loving pups, Pussycat, Gaspar and Ginger. She is survived by her sister, Betty King Jones; nieces, Kimberly Kaplan, Susan Kramer; a nephew, John King, Jr.; and first husband and close friend, Ronald L. Scott.
