PROSTKO THOMAS A. Age 89, of Kennedy Twp., passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 18, 2015, surrounded by his loved ones. He is survived by his beloved wife of over 64 years, Helen (Altdorfer) Prostko; loving children, Thomas Prostko and Diane (Greg) Vaughan; cherished grandchildren, Tia, Alex, and Evan Prostko, and Melissa Vaughan; and one great-grandchild, Rachel. Thomas was a WWII Veteran, and a lifelong Teamsters member. Friends may visit TUESDAY, 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at McDERMOTT FUNERAL HOME, INC., 334 Forest Grove Rd., Kennedy Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place WEDNESDAY 10 a.m. at St. Malachy Church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Thomas' name to the Allegheny Health Network Hospice.
