FULLER HARRIET (SMITH) Formerly of Edgewood and Penn Hills. A beloved mother, grandmother, teacher and servant of God, went to her reward August 31, 2015, after a long, productive life. She is survived by three sons, Robert (Tami) of Westlake, OH, George (Julie) of Pittsburgh, and William (Kathy) of Pittsburgh. She was cherished by her grandsons, Cassidy, Alex and Andy and also by her loving cousin Sue and family. Harriet was a dedicated Elementary School teacher in the Edgewood School District for many years. She tirelessly shared her many talents with her Church and was a longtime voice on the Radio Information Services, reading to blind listeners. She hosted many foreign guests as part of the Pittsburgh Council for International Visitors from countries such as Japan, India, Turkey and Argentina. She was an avid gardener, enjoyed playing bridge and canasta and she was a great baker (the best cookies). She was a faithfyl member of Emory Methodist Church for over 40 years (and later) of Mifflin Avenue Methodist Church. She will be greatly missed by many. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributuons be made to the Jewish Association on Aging - many thanks to the Charles Morris Center and Weinberg Village and Three Rivers Hospice. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday September 4, 2015, at RAPP FUNERAL HOME, 10940 Frankstown Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15235, (412) 241-5415. Send condolences post-gazette.com/gb
