PATRICK JOSEPH COYNE Age 67 of Baldwin Borough passed away suddenly on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 while visiting family in North Carolina. Beloved husband for 37 years to Judi Fisher Coyne. Survived by sisters-in-law, Lindy (Don) Phillips, and Jackie (Clay) Waddell; loving nieces and nephews, Michael (Maria Jaramillo Restrepo) Phillips, Tom (Dana) Phillips, Courtney (Bob) Burke, Amy Phillips, Wade Waddell, and Savannah Waddell. Best friend since a sixth-grade dance of Keith (Colleen) Gedeon. He is also survived by a large extended family. Patrick was the son of the late Patrick J. Coyne, and M. Dottie Coyne. Pat was a Military Police Officer with the U.S. Army followed by a career as a Police Officer with Baldwin Borough. Upon retirement, he joined the Pennsylvania Department of Banking as a Special Investigator. He was proud of his Irish heritage and even learned to speak the Gaelic language. Pat was honest, sincere, and a true friend. He had deep faith and attended morning Mass frequently. Friends will be received at the JOHN F. CHARLES "CHUCK" COULEHAN Age 79, of Jefferson Hills, died November 28, 2019. Left, not to mourn his death but to celebrate his life, is his wife of 54 years, Maggie. Chuck was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and foster father. He is survived by his five children, Katie (Mark) LaFrance, Paul (Shannon) Coulehan, Colleen (Lance) Luksik, Tim (Meghan)Coulehan, Erin (David) Gill and his 15 grandchildren Nicolas (Lauren), Benjamin (Kate), Emily (Justin), Justin, Ethan, Liam, Nathan, Matthew, Andrew, Brendan, Ryan, Aidan, Charlie, Alex, and Luke. After graduating from Duquesne University in 1961 Chuck worked for the Social Security Administration, the Army Map Service, and the Army Corps of Engineers. He then worked for Westinghouse for 27 years before retiring from the Nuclear Energy Division. Chuck was an active member of St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin Church in Whitehall and served as an usher, a member of the Parish Council, and a Eucharistic Minister. He was a big fan of Pittsburgh sports; the Pirates, Steelers, and Pitt and Duquesne basketball, but most of all he loved spending time with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Margaret Coulehan, and his siblings Donald, Jerome, and Carol. Family and friends will be received at the JOHN F. Libby, as she was known to her many, many friends, was the beloved wife of the late Charles Regan, to whom she was married for 44 years before his death in 1998. She was the loving mother of Charles Regan, Jr., Beth Regan, and Anne Costello (Bill), and the devoted grandmother to Reed, Charles, Libby, and Cece Costello. She was the older sister to Thomas Lozaw (the late Kathleen), Verene Harvey (Joseph), Jerome Lozaw (Carmella) and the late Pat Lozaw and an aunt to many nieces and nephews. A long-time parishioner of St. Bede Church in Point Breeze, Libby served on its Parish Council and sang for many years in its choir. She and her family took great joy in her piano playing. Libby worked for a decade at Gulf Research Institute. A devoted alumna of the high school at what is now Seton Hill University, Libby also volunteered at St. Bede Church, the Roselia Center, St. Lucy's Auxiliary, and Central Catholic High School. Libby's family wishes to express its appreciation for the many caregivers at Canterbury Place, where she spent the final part of her life.
