STEBBINS NORMA JEAN (KIRK) Beloved wife and mother, passed away August 7, 2015, in Pittsburgh. Most recently from Pennsdale, she grew up in Youngsville and lived for many years in the Pittsburgh area with her husband, Stanley Ray Stebbins. A celebration of her life will be held in Youngsville. She is survived by two brothers, Donald Kirk of New York and Robert Graham of Ohio; her children, David P. Lang of Beyer, Alix Lang of Pennsdale and Mari An Rolewicz of Pittsburgh; and her four grandchildren. At the family's request, all services are private.
