POLAK THADDEUS Age 84, of Bellevue, died on Thursday, August 27, 2015, in North Carolina with family at his side. He was totally at peace, full of courage, an inspiration, and unselfish to the end, just as he had lived his life. Thaddeus was a retired letter carrier for the U.S. Postal Service and was an Army veteran of the Korean War. Preceded in death by his niece, Deborah Jennings; and great-niece, Codi Alexander. Survived by his brother, Waclaw Polak (Georgette); sisters-in-law, Shirley Cole (George) and Michelle Robb; beloved nephew and nieces, Michael Polak (Jean), Laural Lindsay (David), Lisa Alexander (Bruce), Christine Polak; beloved great-nephews and nieces, Todd Polak (Heidi), Megan Polak, Kaela Vance (Robert), Kyle Jennings, Kelsey Jennings, Heather Lindsay, Haley Lindsay, Leticia Patino, Taylor Alexander, Chase Alexander, Brandon Alexander, Cathrine Alexander, Alexis Snyder, Zachary Snyder; forever remembered as Uncle Ted! Family will receive friends from 8:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2015, at the LAWRENCE T.
