MESSINA MARGUERITE PEG O'BRIEN God called home one of his finest ever, Marguerite Peg O'Brien Messina, age 81, who passed in her sleep on August 12, 2015. Peggy was fiercely proud and protective of her family, faith, friends, and of course her Irish heritage. She was an undeniable example of exemplary strength all her days for her nine children; 19 grandchildren; ten great- grandchildren; and Paul, her loving husband of 61 years. Her legacy of always doing good, living her faith, and vigorously fighting through any of life's challenges is a blessing for all who knew her. Peg enjoyed helping others, treasured all those close to her, always had a beaming smile when holding any newborn baby, and had a knack of knowing when a loved one could use encouraging words. Peg will be sorely missed by all whose lives she touched, and may her example live on through each of them.
